Data

Game Time uses Discord identity and stored data to run the private attendance board and scheduling bot.

Stored

Discord profile details, RSVPs, and normalized copies of bot conversation messages, attachments, reply links, and timestamps.

AI Processing

Only relevant context from the current DM, channel, or thread is sent to the configured AI provider. Those histories stay separate.

Archive

Messages and attachments are kept permanently after capture. Editing or deleting the original Discord message does not change the archive.

Deletion

A coordinator can delete only a whole conversation archive, with separate confirmation. This removes its messages, attachments, working context, and session data.
